Auto Advantage Incorporated has been offering discount extended auto warranties and emergency roadside assistance to the public for almost 40 years. We are A+ rated and accredited by the Better Business Bureau. As an industry leader we can provide you with the highest quality coverage at the lowest possible pricing.

Restrictions:

Roadside assistance memberships will automatically include a 72 hour waiting period before services can be provided and does not include pre-existing issues that occurred prior to the membership start date.

Roadside Assistance Membership Benefits Include:
  • Telephone roadside dispatch twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week handled by a live agent.
  • Three claim limit annually for each active membership.
  • Full road and towing services for all self-propelled, four-wheeled vehicles, trucks and RV’s with a carrying capacity of up to one ton (2000 pounds) that are licensed and used for private use. Towing service includes on-road transportation from hook up to a nearby service facility of your choice.
  • If for some unforeseen reason we are unable to provide service in area that a breakdown occurs this membership will reimburse the member up to $100.00 for covered expenses.
  • Partial road services for recreational vehicles and trucks with more than four wheels and/or a carrying of more than one ton consisting of starting and gasoline/diesel fuel delivery service only.
  • Motorcycles are also provided service
Roadside Assistance Service Excludes:
  • Service if member is not with the disabled vehicle.
  • Transportation for the member to the vehicle for service or from the vehicle to another destination after service has been rendered
  • Service will not be rendered in areas not regularly traveled such as vacant lots, beaches, open fields or other places which would be hazardous for a service vehicle to reach
  • Towing of a vehicle off a boat dock or marina.
  • Delivery or Repair of tires.
  • Installation or Removal of snow tires or chains nor dismounting, repairing or rotating tires.
  • Vehicle’s storage charges.
  • Cost of Parts, installation, products, materials, impounding and additional labor related to towing
  • Service of any kind on vehicles using dealer tags.
  • Service for taxicabs, tractors, boats, trailers, dune buggies, vehicles used for competition, or stolen vehicles
  • More than one roadside assistance service call within a 72 hour period
  • Service for unlicensed vehicles
  • Service for vehicles with expired safety inspection sticker, license plate sticker, and/or emissions sticker where required by law
  • Service for vehicles illegally parked or impounded.
  • Repeated service calls for a car in need of routine maintenance
  • Service when a vehicle is snowbound. We do not hoist, winch or shovel vehicles from unplowed areas, snow banks, snowbound driveways, or curbside parking.

Warranty Discount:

  • an additional discount of 8% on all of our normal rates to a maximum discount of $150.00 per service contract



The following additional benefits will also be included in all roadside assistance memberships at no additional cost:

  • Trip Interruption Protection: If a member is involved in an accident/collision more than 100 miles away from home your membership will provide a reimbursement of up to $100 per day for alternate transportation, meals, and lodging. Our towing allowance is now an unrestricted 35 mile tow program that allows you to have your vehicle towed to the repair shop of your choice.
  • Map/Trip Routing Service.
  • Theft Reward (a $500 payment will be made to any person supplying information leading to the arrest and conviction of a person responsible for the theft of the member’s vehicle or tagged valuable articles).
  • Car Rental Discounts through Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, and Thrifty.
  • Hotel/Motel, Car Rental, Cruise, And Travel/Tour Package Discounts through discount travel plan partner.
  • RV Rental Discounts.
  • Vision Express Contact Lens & Eyewear Discounts.
  • Automotive Discounts at Aamco Transmissions, Jiffy Lube, Maaco Paint & Body, Meineke Discount Mufflers, and at Precision Tune Auto Care).
  • Theme Park Discounts for reduced rates Universal Orlando theme parks, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Portofino Bay Hotel, Wet ‘n Wild Orlando, CityWalk, and Universal Studios Hollywood.
