There are many detox remedies people are doing nowadays. The question is, what is detox?

Detoxification cleans your body of unwanted toxins. Your body naturally does this on its own to help neutralize the primary function of the human body, working and interacting with other body functions. Detox is done by decreasing the body toxins and supporting the body’s nutrients to help the body function.

Our daily routines include, brushing our teeth, flossing and showering. We compare this to our daily routines because we do these things to feel clean and refreshed. Detox is the internal cleaning we can’t see but can feel. It is hard to know if our body organs are working properly. For example, the liver. The liver is the main detox organ that filters the toxins and bacteria in our body. Aside from the liver secreting bile, the liver filters the toxins, neutralizes the toxins and converts the toxins into substance. This results in the kidneys flushing out that substance we want to get rid of.

It has been said that detoxification makes a huge impact on how our body functions. The molecules in our body are said to eliminate waste. Our body uses enzymes, vitamins, and molecules to get rid of these chemicals and toxins. The molecules are used to help keep the good from what we eat and eliminate what we don’t need. The main work is done by the liver and the intestinal track during the detoxification period. The kidney, lungs, lymphatic system and skin are other parts of the body that are being cleansed as well.

The purpose of the detox is to support and eliminate the toxins in our body.
