If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please email us at printsupport@photobucket.com with a description and pictures that may help us understand the problem. We will do what we can to make it right.

In the event that an item arrives damaged, we will reprint and ship the item at no cost to you. If the quality of your image doesn't come through as expected, we will offer a coupon so you can reorder the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any applicable international taxes, duties and other customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
